Weight loss is a subject talked about worldwide. With the changes in society and our roused lifestyles,
Many important things in our lives are being overlooked. Health and weight loss or weight control are one. When we talk weight control we also have more and more people suffering anorexia, bulimia and probably the most out of control is obesity.
When we are looking at our personal weight we have many factors to take into account. We must look at our height, build and even our ethnic background. A lot of ethnic races are much larger than other races. You must look at your fat to muscle ratio. Many people worldwide think they are overweight and upon a visit to the doctor have there weight confirmed as normal.
It can sometimes be other peoples opinions that dictate our thoughts. We should never judge ourselves against others, especially those on television. TV stars have plenty of behind the camera work done. They have people watching their wellbeing and spend hours with trainers to control their weight.
If you gain weight does not necessarily mean you need to lose weight. People gain weight for a number of reasons, and this is especially common during puberty and for the few years after. Also, do not worry about gaining weight when you are lifting at the gym or in some training program. As you tone your muscles, you will look better, but because muscles are heavier than fat, you may actually gain weight.
If you are happy with your weight and it is within the normal range for someone of your age and height, than chances are that the rude comment is stemming from their own issues, not because you actually do need to lose weight. Be happy with yourself and eat a healthy diet and you should not need to worry about losing weight.
If however you feel, I will repeat that you feel that you need to lose weight then take my recommendation, from a man who lost 15 kg in 4 weeks and check out this program.
